First Evidence of Inter-WA Toad Travel

A CANE toad has been found hitching a ride on a Perth bound fruit truck from Kununurra.

It is believed to be the first hitchhiker toad to come from within Western Australia.

This one was hiding among a tray of watermelons before the truck driver spotted it and alerted authorities on Tuesday.
