Victoria LINC: Welcome
An estimated 340,000 people are involved in Transport and Logistics in Victoria which represents 15% of Gross State Product. Because if this is vital that the industry maintains a skilled and productive workforce.
Victoria's TLWAG (Transport and Logistics Workforce Advisory Group) aims to improve education, workforce planning, and recruitment / retention practices and encourage government/ industry collaboration.
As well as promoting careers in Transport and Logistics, the TLWAG has completed several projects including the Skills Reform Package, the development of a workforce strategy for freight drives and have been involved in an inquiry into skills shortages in the rail sector.
